Only known Recommenders with a personal relationship to the Candidates make introductions. Fees are only paid upon hiring. Successful transactions increase the Trust Scores for both parties.
How it works for Recommenders
Recommenders introduce qualified Candidates to Hiring Companies and win referral bonuses upon success.

Register
You will select a randomly-generated “animal spirit” avatar. This will be your public profile. Your trust score and your avatar will improve with each successful transaction. Your private information is never revealed.

Make Intros
Search Job Vacancies and connect Hiring Companies with qualified Candidates who you know are open to new job opportunities.
3
Get Paid
Once the Vacancy is successfully filled, the Hiring Company will pay you the agreed upon bonus. (BraveWave also collects a small fee from the Hiring Company.)

You will complete a Hiring Company profile and execute an agreement to start a business relationship with BraveWave.

Share Job Vacancies
Post Vacancies with as much detail as possible to utilize BraveWave’s worldwide network of Recommenders. Select a bonus amount and a BraveWave service fee which will be paid upon success.

Fill Position
Conduct interviews of Candidates. For best results, keep the Candidates and Recommenders informed. Make a payment upon success.
