Role Description
- Lead and oversee multiple development teams, including back-end and front-end (Unity3D) developers
- Manage the entire development process, from planning and design through implementation, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as art, design, and QA, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery
- Establish clear goals, expectations, and project milestones for team performance
- Offer technical guidance and support to team leads and developers, promoting adherence to best practices
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the teams
- Manage resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our games at the cutting edge of innovation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in game development, with expertise in both backend and frontend (Unity3D) development
- 3+ years of experience in leadership or management roles, ideally as a team lead or manager
- Proficient in game development, particularly with Unity3D and back-end technologies like C# and Python
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
