We're looking for an SEO expert who not only has deep SEO knowledge, but is also willing to actively collaborate with the team to achieve great results.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of SEO strategy in the TOP markets of Europe, aimed at increasing organic traffic and website visibility in the Google search engine.
• Search for growth points. Conducting SEO research, forming and validating hypotheses.
• Assessment of the impact of product changes and Google algorithms on Organic Traffic and Revenue.
• Analyzing competitors and finding new opportunities to achieve goals using Chat GPT, Ahrefs, GSC and other tools.
• Optimization of external and internal factors to improve positions in Google search results. 
• Analysis and expansion of key queries to optimize landing pages.
• Working with big data. Search for patterns, causal factors. Formation of hypotheses.
• Regular SEO audit.
• Monitoring, analyzing the effectiveness of SEO work and informing teams about the performance.
• Cross-functional interaction with different teams (Linkbuilder, Development, Data Science, etc.) for faster results.
• Share knowledge, keep abreast of the latest SEO news and trends. Based on the information received, form hypotheses of influence on organic traffic.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO.
• Experience with large websites (from 500,000 pages).
• Work with multilingual projects.
• Working with large amounts of data.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills. Communicating the essence of the tasks in a 'clear way' for cross-functional teams and influencing the achievement of the goal.
