Candidate’s Short Bio
My role was a project manager and my responsibilities were: Initiation: I identified stakeholders and created a register including roles, powers and interests. Took part in a team composition. Together with the client I identified business needs and goals, outlined business cases, and prepared a feature list. Planning: based on the feature list I prepared a road map. Together with the team we decomposed features to activities for each use case or a feature for the nearest iterations as we were going by the rolling wave planning. Together with a QA engineer we planned QA strategy and test cases. Executing: leaded and managed the team of 8 people, managed quality on the project, managed communication, leaded and facilitated meetings, formed meeting minutes, engaged stakeholders to collaborate with the team. Monitoring&Controlling: I controlled the scope against the scope baseline; demonstrated deliverables and engaged stakeholders to validate them. I controlled the schedule and resources, monitored the communication in the team. I organized quality control.
