Candidate’s Short Bio
Hello! I am interested in the vacancy of a Project Manager. My work experience is nearly five years, and I have participated in fifty successful projects. In them, I led all stages of project management, from the signing of SOW to release and further support. My task is to make the processes flexible and predictable, both for the team and the customer.
My work included project risk management, efficient risk communication to the client, and Revision management during the project life cycle. Sometimes my task was to plan the project's structure and develop competent prototypes, which I successfully dealt with. In the last completed project on this case, we managed to improve the UX of the site, the results of which were an increase in site conversion by 30%, so the client's profit also increased.
I want to note that I'm great at building good communication between team members in a friendly and trusting atmosphere. If such an atmosphere is impossible to build at once, I also know how to work with conflicts in a team. Over the years of my practice, I have learned not to make decisions for developers. And not to sell the project without estimating the team if the tasks are not carried out by myself.
